Privacy and data use

This page explains how this free diagnostic handles your answers. It is a tool-specific explanation, not LearnPerform's full customer privacy notice.

What happens to your answers?

The 21 ratings you enter are processed by JavaScript in your browser to calculate the results displayed on your device. The tool does not automatically send those individual answers or results to LearnPerform. It does not save them to a database, use analytics or set tracking cookies. The answers are not saved across page reloads.

PDF download and enquiries

The PDF snapshot is generated in your browser; you do not need to submit your name or email to download it. If you choose to enquire by email, the site opens your email application with a proposed summary. You can edit or delete that information before you send anything. If you email us, we receive and handle whatever personal information you choose to send.

Hosting and technical information

The site is designed for static hosting on Netlify. Like other website hosts, Netlify may process technical information such as your IP address and website requests for site delivery, security and operations. The browser's request for the website is therefore not anonymous to the hosting provider.

Please avoid sensitive information

Use this diagnostic for a team or work area, not to evaluate identifiable employees. Please do not enter or send confidential client information, special-category personal data or sensitive employee details.
